Ana and Yeison are a couple of teenage boyfriends who decide to travel from their town to the city of Medellin to perform a clandestine abortion outside their families. Without any knowledge on the subject and without the financial resources necessary to perform the procedure with dignity, this couple faces the hostility of the city and the avatars necessary to get the abortion pills and continue as a place with the plan. During this adventure, both suffer from supporting each other in the emotional destabilization they go through. Despite the circumstances there is a deep love between them and they are determined to resist, to continue together, although fate allows them to go through hard trials.
