In contrast to his successful twin brother, Alexandros, who has made a name for himself as a top-notch oil scout at the far ends of Anatolia, the unsuccessful private eye, Thiseas Doxapatris, is struggling to make ends meet. After a lucrative business proposition by a Greek oil tycoon, the two brothers are about to reunite; however, the news of Alexandros' arrival in Athens reaches a die-hard group of environmental activists who are willing to go to great lengths to abduct him.
