After giving birth of tow girl Ramela have a boy child. Both Ramela and his husband Ramjed Molla are happy at this. Ramjed named him Ratan and cares him a lot as he is the only boy child. But at the adolescence period his physical changes exposed like a girl. His family and the villagers realizes himself as an eunuch. But, Ramela denies to send him to third gender's lodge.
