We are on the outskirts of a huge metropolis where most houses have no finish and orange brick dominates the landscape. The poor neighborhood seems to have no end, occupying the skyline and giving the true dimension of the suburbs of São Paulo or Rio de Janeiro. Gradually we are introduced to the characters that are leading the moment of transformation that this universe is experiencing. Hairdressers, tradesmen, candy men, carters, stallholders and even an accordion tuner that on their own initiative and with perseverance and creativity materialize the desire to advance in an environment that apparently isn't favorable to business. But they reverse this logic thriving and disseminating a new business culture.
