June 29, 2004 - 9:15pm. It's pitch dark when Günter, Jörg, Christian and Markus reach the mythical summit, fulfilling the dream of their lives. However, the fatal spiral that will change the course of the expedition has already begun: Jens, who has given up on the summit, is wandering on the Diamir wall, pursued by his hallucinations.
