Naci is a daring journalist who has gained fame under the name Muhteşem Serseri (The Magnificent Tramp). He is particularly interested in celebrity news. This gives him plenty of opportunities to flirt. Tired of Naci's tramping, his boss gives him a chance to show off his skills. He will soon be interviewing an Arab princess who is coming to Istanbul.
