Oliver Brompton was the son of a millionaire. At a late supper one evening. Oliver fell deeply in love with Sybil Sanford, a modest and retiring chorus girl. He proposed to her and they were married. When Oliver took his bride home, his father and mother refused to receive her. Cast off by his wealthy father, the young couple secured rooms and went to housekeeping. Oliver was unable to get work.
