On the ruins of the illegal structure he calls home, Tamtakos, an enterprising Romani man with a knack for music and singing, agrees to sign a lucrative contract with the record company of successful Achilleas Kontos. To make it big in the cut-throat world of show business, Tamtakos reunites his talented musician friends and forms the "Gypsy Troupe", unbeknownst to him, however, that Kontos' relentless competitor is bent on making them fail.
