Edgar Livingston Kennedy (26 de abril de 1890 – 9 de novembro de 1948) foi um Americano cômica personagem do filme o ator, conhecido como "Slow Burn". Um slow burn é um exasperado expressão facial, realizada com muito deliberadamente; Kennedy embelezado este esfregando sua mão sobre a sua cabeça careca e em seu rosto, em uma tentativa de segurar seu temperamento. Kennedy é mais conhecido por um pequeno papel como uma limonada fornecedor no filme dos Irmãos Marx Duck Soup, bem como os muitos Hal Roach filmes que ele participou. Kennedy tornou-se tão identificado com a frustração que praticamente todos os estúdios, o contratou para jogar hotheads.
