Fikret is a wealthy cotton merchant. He married his childhood sweetheart Leyla and built a happy home. The young couple's kindness touched many people around them. However, one day, things took a turn for the worse. Fikret's business failed. Yusuf, whom he had once saved from bankruptcy, refused to help him. He was acting out of resentment that Leyla had chosen Fikret over him. Fikret is an honorable man.
